I noticed a news report saying that in the environmental impact statement for the Galileo launch (due to the Pu238 RTG), NASA states the chance of an explosion on launch is one in 3000. Bleh. Feynman must be rolling in his grave. Paul F. Dietz dietz@cs.rochester.edu
