[net.unix-wizards] packets from ANL-MCS to UCL-CS

Re. Jom Boyle's message from ANL:

The Satnet Access Machine has been deliberately discarding lots of
packets recently. They all appear to come from ANL-MCS.
The reason is that this host is sending IP packets
596 bytes long - 20 bytes longer than the generally-agreed 576 maximum.
It actually sends each packet in the form of three separate fragments.
When the SAM tries to reassemble these into a single packet, it doesn't
fit into the 576-byte buffer that has been provided. So the packet is
dropped. All the packets are destined for 128.16.9.3;25.

ANL-MCS are being contacted with a view to resolving this.
