[] Anyone out there in net.land with access to NASA-Select video manage to tape the STS-30 post flight press conference? I understand that they showed some neato video shot during launch from the Sony camcorder. I'd love to be able to get a copy of that! While I'm at it, the Sony was declared a success, and it has been recommended that all of the interior cameras be replaced with the Sony or some equivalent box. Further tests are planned using the new Hi-8 format and Super-VHS systems. It's nice to see them dumping those dreadful field-sequential cameras. mike P.S. A total of 13 hours and 44 minutes of downlink video was sent, about 3 1/2 hours from the camcorder. *** mike (still looking for a publisher) smithwick *** Infinity Software, 1986-1989, RIP, (ha! ha! ha! haaaa!)
