Actually, none of the ones mentioned are acronyms.  Acronyms are
*words* formed by initials, like NASA or scuba.  If you say the
letters, it's not an acronym.  e.g., the vehicle/vertical assembly
building is the "vee-ay-bee," not the "vab."
