[sci.space.shuttle] What about Hugo?

I remember reading in this newsgroup about protecting the shuttle
while it was still on the pad?  Didn't someone say something about
that? Something about protective panels.  I guess that this storm is a
bit more powerful than that system can handle. 

So, how much advance planning do they need to move the thing back to
the VAB and how will this affect making the Gallileo window?
