The latest issue of NASA Tech Briefs (10/89) has an interesting article titled "Making Reliable Large-Diameter O-Rings". I'll refrain from commenting further on this article. NASA will not send this magazine to private citizens or independent consultants or schools. You must convince them you are an engineer at a company like McDonnell-Douglas or that you are a librarian at a place like Stanford. If you succeed, the magazine is free. Here is the address: NASA STI FACILITY MANAGER TU DIVISION PO BOX 8757 Baltimore, MD 21240-9985 This address is for requesting an order form. Unless you honestly are an engineer at Lockheed or something, you must lie when you fill out this form or you will get a polite refusal letter.
