Well the time has come for me to make my pilgrimage to KSC to see a shuttle
launch. I am sure that this question has come up before, and I know that
many of you have posted about your own experience of seeing a launch.
I would appreciate any info that would be helpful in getting as close as
possible to the launch sight, photographing the launch, KSC tours, lodging
etc.
I plan on going sometime early next year (possibly for the HST launch).
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

I'll be in Florida during the week of Jan. 14, 1990. Is there even a launch of any type planned for this period of time. I will not need information on lodging. Thanks in advance. Although I am generally very unimpressed with NSS (as distinct from some of its chapters), I second this recommendation. The launch tours are one of the few things NSS is good for. -- 1755 EST, Dec 14, 1972: human | Henry Spencer at U of Toronto Zoology exploration of space terminates| uunet!attcan!utzoo!henry henry@zoo.toronto.edu
