[sci.space.shuttle] Shuttle Stats

sayer@mcnc.org (Ronald Winston Sayer) (02/07/90)

What are the mass, height, and width of the shuttle?

Also what ranges of mass and dimension do today's
operating rockets other than the shuttle have?

				Thanks,
				Ron Sayer

A lot of good information on the shuttle may be obtained from the Spacelink
portion of the SPACE archive on ames.arc.nasa.gov. From the Internet, use
anonymous ftp and go to pub/SPACE. Get file Spacelink.index for a list of
files. From all other systems, send a message with a subject of "help" to
archive-server@ames.arc.nasa.gov (or ames!archive-server). The archive
server will explain how to retrieve files through the mail.
