A few months ago (I know, it would be great to be more specific, but after a while, all these articles just blur together :-)) I posted an article summarizing an independent Ulysses RTG safety report to either sci.space, sci.space.shuttle, or both. I've grepped until I'm blue in the face through the sci.space archives and can't find it there, so either it never made it into the system (which would explain why I never saw any followups), or I posted it to sci.space.shuttle only. IF anyone has access *somehow* to it, I'd greatly apreciate their either reposting it or sending it to me; the topic seems to have come up again and I think it might be useful to post a few facts amid the flames. -- This is news.
