These are the three main engines.  The HPOTP (High Pressure Oxidizer
Turbopump) has to be inspected after each flight & must be removed.  For
fastest turnround, you would want three engines that are already prepped &
ready to go, remove the engines that have just been flown, and plug the
ones ready to go.

The OMS engines are part of the "OMS Pod", the bulbous structure that
sticks out on the side.  To do anything with these, you have to remove the
whole OMS pod.
