Has it been determined if the waste water plumbing did indeed freeze? If so, are there any ideas floating around as to help prevent it from happening again? Perhaps if they froze the waste water first into little ice cube pellets and _then_ shot them out the pipe, they wouldn't get stuck. Just a thought... -- David E.
