The latest forecast from X68 (shuttle landing facility) at 22Z 04/04
for launch time calls for southeast winds at 10 knots with gusts
to 15.  Thin scattered stratocumulus at 3500' - broken altocumulus at
7000' and cirrus clouds at 25000'.  Ceiling will be at 7000' with
isolated rain showers in the vicinity.

Not much of a change except to increase wind speeds....

ESE winds at 10 gusting to 18 knots.  Thin scattered stratocumulus
at 3500' - broken altocumulus at 7000' - cirrus at 25000' - ceiling 7000'.
Rain showers in the vicinity, winds increasing to SE at 12 knots with
gusts to 20 knots after 17Z (noon EST.)
