This is a request for people that may frequent the LA (Long Beach) area.
I left LA about one year ago, and for the year I was there one of my
favorite (in fact, my favorite) local group was "Tony & the Movers".
When I left, they were about ready to release an EP (Extended Play Record)
which was to be titled "Bitches & Bastards".
Since then, I've been trying to see if I could get a copy of this record
without any success. I've done things like call "Tower Records" and also
try to get ahold of the record company that was supposed to put out their
record ("Vinyl Child Records" from Long Beach), but they weren't listed or
known by anybody.
I'm sure that people that have gone to "Madame Wong's" a number of times
have probably seen them. So, I'm asking anybody who may know if the band
is still together or if that record has come out, to mail to me any such
information. It'll be greatly appreciated.
