[comp.databases] Wanted: Info about PC DBMS products with strong C programming language interfaces

Do you have any experience with db_vista (a hierarchial dbms from
Raima) or dbc (a relational dbms from Lattice based on dBase's file
format)?  These are two products we know of that might fit our needs.

If you have any comments you'd like to share about these or know of
other dbms products that have a strong C programming language
interface, I'd like to hear from you.
