We're in the process of evaluating Ingres. If anyone would care to share
testimonials or sob stories, it might help us decide what to look for.
Our application involves clinical, research and administrative databases
in a nationwide chain of charity hospitals. Some of our databases could
be quite large. We're also particularly interested in how easy or hard it
is to load data from other databases into Ingres. The hardware/OS environ-
ment is still up in the air; if flexibility is a strong or weak point of
Ingres, we'd like to know.

summarize to the net.
