I was very pleased to see the original message and saved a copy of it.
I mean to buy a copy of the book.
A review by someone else would have been even better, but I found the

I for one find postings like this, giving tables of contents of new
books, exteremely useful, (*not* clutter), and would like to see more
of them.

Thank you very much for posting info about this proceedings. I read this
group only for the occasional useful piece of information such as this.
I highly value free exchange of such info.
