Hi: I am trying to obtain information on commercially available distributed database systems. If anyone has used distributed systems, such as INGRES/STAR, ORACLE SQL*Star, or others, I would appreciate hearing your opinions on the systems. I'm interested in comments on performance, convenience, support, data security, integrity, etc. Information on problems or hassles you've encountered with the systems is also desired.
