I don't know how many of you have noticed, but I discovered in a conversation
with a friend at Unify that they are now connected to UUCP mail through
CSU Sacramento! At last! I checked the UUCP maps and sure enough they are
in there. So...
I am not going to give out the addresses of all the people that I know up
there, since that is their business. I am going to ask them to provide a
mailbox for queries and information. Unify - are you listening? I haven't
seen any postings from them, so I assume they are just figuring out how to
handle being out here on the net. I am also going to follow this with a
letter (email, of course) to Dan Welch, head of support services (tech support,
consulting, and training) and ask for some point of email contact there.
At last... It's been a long wait. Poor Sacramento - what an electronic
backwater.
