In response to a recent request for help on Oracle SQL*FORMS tables,
I received several helpful replies, including one from Ben Linder at
Oracle Corp.
Our mailer can't find him (certainly the stated return address of
blinder@oracle.oz doesn't work), so I'm posting instead.
