I purchased a copy of Oracle (the developer's version) for
PC-DOS a few months ago, and I just got around to trying
it out. As soon as I got it installed, I tried to load a
large test database using the ODL utility. I got an error
message to the effect that ODL is not enabled in the developer
version.
But the whole point is to test how oracle performs on relatively
large databases with several thousand records. Is there some
other way to load ASCII, fixed-format records into the developers
copy for testing?
