[comp.databases] Forms Software

I'm currently researching Forms software that runs either in the
Unix or MS-DOS environment.  The most popular forms package for DOS
seems to be a program called PerForm.  I would appreciate mail
with comments, advice, recommendations and thoughts on this subject.
