CData should be available in through all major bookshops as the software is provided only with the book. Incidentally, I have 2 3rd-year project students who are using this software and we are very pleased with it. We have made some modifications, like being able to specify any locations we like for the screen locations of field names and entry fields, as well as specifying any string we like for the screen names of fields rather than automatically using the names as specified in the user-defined SCHEMA - a file containing this info. is read in at execution time and checked for correct syntax, overlap of fields, etc. using a similar method to Al Steven's SCHEMA program which produces 3 C files from the SCHEMA. Having the source code and a good explanation of the use of in his book is makes the development tool very useful. My only complaint is that I have had to make up my own index because most of the small functions are not referenced in the current index. Ray
