[comp.databases] db design tools

We have designed a conceptual data model for an insurance company.
Now we want to implement it using SYBASE on a network of 
workstations (NeXT, Sun, Mac).
Does someone on the net know whether do db design tools exist
(e.g. Entity-Relationship Editors, ....) for one of these machines ?
