[comp.databases] mailing list manager

Small, quick question:  Does anyone know of a mialing list manager written
in dBase?  Either a anonymous ftp site or other (direct email)???  It needs
to be able to manage ~10,000 names with the common features (nothing fancy).

Also, public domain (or shareware) is assumed.
