[comp.databases] question about INGRES embedded SQL and FORMS

beverly@ai.cs.wisc.edu (Beverly Seavey) (12/02/89)

Is it possible that displaying and interacting with more than one
table field in a form would confuse the scrolling system? Without
going into details yet, the same hunk of 4 lines of code gives
rise to different behaviour depending on whether I start in a
certain table, or start in a different table, then resume to the
   other one.

Ain't never happened to me, yet, nohow. And I use table fields
a bunch.

Isn't it interesting that the first thing you do with your
color bitmapped window system on a network is emulate an ASR33?
