[comp.databases] INTEGRA

phil@attctc.Dallas.TX.US (Phil Meyer) (01/16/90)

I am working on a little project using INTEGRA (which is based on an old
version of INFORMIX). I am very familiar with INFORMIX, and am constantly
fustrated by the SCO manuals.

I have a stupid, fundamental, easy question that is driving me wild!

How do you test for null fields in INTEGRA?????

INFORMIX syntax would be like:

update tabname
	set fieldname = today
where
	fieldname is null;

PLEASE show me how to do this in INTEGRA, or pre-SQL INFORMIX!
