We are interested in obtaining information on the use of voice and (alternative) data communications facilities being used for enrolling students and in particular external students. We would be particularly interested in voice recognition systems and touch tone technologies that might be used to enrol students from a distance. The University is looking to update its present system which involves a large amount of paper flow and interactive exchange between the student and the university.
