I'm using Ingres 5.1 on a Sun 3. I've got a routine that opens and closes a cursor many times. Every time the cursor is opened a '.T' file in the default database location grows. Problem is, this file got to 56 Meg before we ran out of space. It's obvious that this file is related to the cursor and that it is only needed for one full cycle of the cursor (i.e open->close). I've manually truncated the file after each cycle and it appears to work fine. Anybody have a better fix for this beast? `Chris -- Christopher Klein (212) 558-9196 | Cacaphony & Dispepsia | Sun Professional Services, NYC | - * - | calvin@hobbes.East.Sun.Com | Software Engineers |
