A friend of mine works at a major company that is looking at buying a DBMS progam written in PC Oracle SQL. They have no way of knowing if the source code is quality or junk. Can any of you fine folks recommend a consultant or consulting frim that would be willing to look at the source code and determine it's value? Please let me know and I will pass on the info.
