Has anyone dealt much with Precision Software and their Superbase 4
product? I've heard good things about the product but am hestitant to buy
it after the experience I had with them on the phone this morning.
I called to ask about their Trial Pack. Was put on hold three times.
Finally, someone talked to me. I was told that someone would call me back
(remember, I all I want is to see their demo disk.. no tech questions,
etc.). So far, no one has called me back.
My question is.. What kind of support can you expect from Precision
Software given that they are obviously a very small, very busy company that
does not even have operators who can take a name and address to mail a disk
and whose sales force is too busy to call back?
