On a NCR TOWER 32/600 we have a problem. If we are using Fast-driver instead of pipe-driver we got a problem if someone is trying to connect to the datbase and the database is not up. One user process ORACLE F:4096,1,2 is not cleaned up and is also occupying one semephore and shared mem. Any comments about this? Any Workaraounds?
