We are looking for a system to perform problem tracking management for our company. In a previous life, I used IBM's InfoSys tracking system (mainframe based) so I have some ideas of the kind of things to expect from such a system, but I have no idea as to what's available for UNIX systems. A Sun hardware platform is preferred, but I'd be interested in hearing about other systems as well. I assume that this will be a package to run on top of a commercial DBMS (any comments on these??). Any pointers, information, pitfalls to avoid and other misc. advise are welcomed. Both administrator and user viewpoints would be great too!! Thanks...
