Just to reiterate:

*)  USENET people should see no difference.
*)  Messages from InterNet senders to Internet hosts will be direct.
*)  Messages from USENET to InterNet hosts will be digested &
    subject to some level of human filtering as time permits.
    (The digests will be mailed automaticly whether or not
    they have been filtered, to prevent falling behind.)

This policy is in effect for both INFO-UNIX and UNIX-WIZARDS.
I plan to let this run for a few weeks before making further
changes.  Many alternatives exist, including going to an
all-digest format.
