[comp.databases] SIGMOD/VLDB info desperately needed

inappropriate.  My friend in India urgently
needs conference info for 1990 & 1991.  I'm
too busy for the next few days to go look it
up in the library.

   I wanted to get some info on the ACM SIGMOD/IEEE VLDB annual 
   conferences. When are these held for this year and next ? 
   What are the deadlines ? Since we dont get these proceedinds
   here, I am seeking your help in getting this info.
