We are trying to build a prototype using X/Motif on SUN SPARCstation and were planning on using ORACLE as a relational database for the application. However, there is no interface between ORACLE and Motif since SUN is not supporting Motif currently. Can some one out there help us identify a RDBMS having interface with Motif on SUN? Or if anyone has the experience in using C programs which are invoked by Motif and has SQL code embedded to talk to RDBMS, especially, ORACLE? Or if someone use Open Look and INGRES and know there is actually an interface for them? Appreciate any help in this regard. Thanks Ting-Yu Cheng Philips Laboratories North American Philips Corp. 345 Scarborough Rd., Briarcliff Manor, NY 10510
