Does anyone out there know of any simple/easy-to-use/install RDBM(s) out in the public-domain ? My needs are fairly simple (simple searches/updates across multiple relations) so a small/simple/fast package would suffice (some locking facilities as founded in the GNU dbm would be great though -- actually, I would like to use gdbm if I can find a way to do multiple-relations searches/updates easily).
