Hi there, Happy New Year to all !!! Here is my question: We are developping an application under windows that needs to access INGRES running on a SCO/UNIX 386 machine. We would like to use ESQL. Is this something that could be done? Does INGRES support this kind of connection? I read thru the manuals about INGRES/NET but this seems to be for All-Unix networked machines. Thanks in advance !! Costas. Please respond to: cp@joker.mil.ufl.edu

VisionWare sells a product, "SQL-CONNECT" which will act as a link like which you have requested, ie it connects applications running under Microsoft Windows on a PC to INGRES 6 on SCO/Unix.
