I am the founder and president of SAAB CONSULTING, INC. (SCI), a corporation
that specializes in business automation and database systems.   I currently 
have access to a large network of senior consultants (about 200).  The

Database Consultant, Silicon Graphics, Inc. Mountain View, Ca.

-Design and develop the corporate customer/contracts/parts/and installed 
 systems database.
-Design all the data integrity rules and triggers.
-Set 4-GL and security standards.
(all of the above are in SYBASE, T-SQL, 4GL, and C on the IRIS)
From 8/90 till present.


Programmer analyst, SUN MICROSYSTEMS, INC. Milpitas, Ca.

-Developing a large database software system for bookings/billings/backlog.
-Write tools for the sales offices.
-Design and implement screens and reports for ad hoc reporting.
-Sybase's on-site technical support contact/advisor.
(all of the above are in SYBASE, T-SQL, 4GL, C and SQR on SUN3 and SUN4)
From 12/89 till 6/90.


Database Consultant, SUN MICROSYSTEMS, INC. Milpitas, Ca.

-Working on the conversion of the US SALES database from INGRES to SYBASE.
-Developing the new applications in SYBASE and it's T-SQL, 4GL APT-workbench 
  and the Structured Query Report Writer (SQR).
From 2/89 till 12/89



Database Consultant, Sacramento Health Department (C.H.D.P), Sacramento, Ca.

-Designed and implemented three integrated database systems for Foster care, 
 Teenage pregnancy, and Medical conditions.
-Developed a backup/archive system for the department's data.
-Developed a data extraction system that interfaced with the SPSS statistical
 package.
- System was developed in 'C', DBASE III PLUS and CLIPPER on an IBM Sys 2/80.
From 6/88 till 6/89.


Database Consultant, Technical Resource Management International, TRMI, 
  Fremont, Ca.

-Developed a "Public Relations Manager" system for maintaining contacts, 
 companies, and personal acquaintances.  The software is being used  
 "in-house".
-The system was developed in 'C', DBASE III PLUS and CLIPPER.
From 6/87 till 8/89.


Teacher, (Visiting Lecturer), UC Berkeley.

-Taught an introduction to relational databases at UC Berkeley (Fall 1989,
  Course X408).  Dr. Nicholas Khabbaz.


Computer Programmer (intern), UC Davis.

- I worked with Dr. Richard Walters, the chairman of the Computer Science 
  department at UC Davis, on a multi-lingual/Arabic version of the DBMS 
  MUMPS.
From 3/88 till 3/89.


Database Consultant, California Secured Funding, Los Gatos, Ca.

- Developed an Investment/Loan manager.  The system is being used for all of  
  the company's accounting for lenders and borrowers.
From 6/87 till 8/88.

-Proficient in SQL theory, SYBASE, T-SQL, 4GL APT-Workbench, INFORMIX,

-Currently Studying ORACLE.

 computer industry for 1990.
