  Sorry it took me so long to reply, but this is what I know of the problem.
  Please keep in mind that the ORACLE reference number was valid at the time
  of the original posting that follows.

  The Supplement to the SAS/ACCESS Interface to Oracle has been installed.  
  There are some known problems with the two-task driver, which is how SAS 
  communicates with Oracle, which disallows the SAS system to access Oracle 
  more than one time per SAS session via SAS/ACCESS View.
  
  SAS claims that Oracle is working on the problem, and that the SAS/ACCESS
  interface should work as soon as Oracle fixes the bug.  For a status report,
  call Oracle tech support (415)341-3003, and memtion Oracle bug number 29128.
  If that doesn't clear things up, call Oracle marketing at (919)677-8000 and
  ask for Lisa Rohlof.  Refer to the problem as the "two-task driver issue".
