[comp.databases] The Wisconsin Storage System

I recently read some articles on the Wisconsin Storage System (WISS),
developed by H.T. Chou et. al. I am looking for information regarding
the availabilty of this system. Information on, the environments
it is available on, whether it is public domain, places to contact to
obtain it, will be really helpful.
