I am interested in hearing about experiences people have had with handling non-relational data using extensible databases (Postgres, Exodus, Genesis, etc.). I am particularly curious about how people might have used the host of features present in these systems for representing bills of materials, organization charts, product flow diagrams, manufacturing process flows, and the like.
