Are the "videos" used in the Dire Straits' video "Money for Nothing" real? That is, do they actually depict bands that have performed on MTV at one point or another, or are they just clever fakes? I personally don't recognize the names in the videos, either of the performer(s) or of the record companies. -- --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Name: G. T. T. Samson I feel pretty sure they're not "real" (Magyar Records?---Hungarian rock?). I think the usage of the MTV typeface and titling style to be a very nice touch. (Someone mentioned that there were three references to real people/artists/ groups in the song? Could you elaborate?) -- Life is complex. It has real and imaginary parts. Rich Rosen ihnp4!pyuxd!rlr
