[comp.databases] OODBMS vs RDBMS

     By the time I digested the RDBMS concepts and design
     techniques, every one in my company starts talking about
     using and implementing an OODBMS.

     Is there any references that cover RDBMS vs OODBMS and who
     should use OODBMS ? 

     Any comments or references will be appreciated and if there
     is a wide interest, I will post summary to the group
