We are considering building shared libraries (on SunOS 4.1.1B) out of Informix 4GL modules. Does anyone know of the ramifications of doing this? Am I running the risk of corrupting my database? Informix was no help at all... All the tech support people would say is that it is not supported and that problems may crop up. If anyone out there is already doing this, I'd like to hear from you reguarding your successes and failures. Any help would be greatly appreciated. -- Jeffrey F.
