[comp.databases] Reservation tracking

I am looking for an application that can track guests/reservations for
some retreats that Notre Dame maintains around the country.  I suppose
it would be similar in function to something a hotel would do, except
not on such a large scale.  Each retreat would keep their own information.
Any information/pointers would be appreciated.
