[comp.databases] dbase3+ borders - how do I remove them?

 have had this nagging problem for some time. When I quit dbase3+,
the border that I set up (with the set color = ..... command) remains
on the screen. How do I have that cleared automatically? In addition,
DOS comes up in color which can be cleared with a cls command but that
does nothing for the border.
