[comp.databases] Info on Conetic Systems C/BASE

I'm looking for information on Conetic Systems C/Base software.

I posted a request about two weeks ago and got one response
saying please send anything I got to him, but haven't heard a
word :-(

Does this software exist?  Is it any good?  HELP!
