In December 1986 ANSI puplished its standard of SQL. Does anybody know where I can get a copy of it from? If you already have a copy or an address from somebody where I can get it, I would be thankful if you send or e-mail it to me. Are there any differences between the ANSI- standard and other "standards" (by ISO, X/OPEN,...)? [ ... ] You can get a copy from ANSI ("American National Standards Institute"). I think copies cost $35 apiece, but you'd better phone to make sure. ANSI is at: American National Standards Instute 1430 Broadway New York, NY 10018 USA (212) 354-3300 The document number is X3.135-1986. > Are there any differences between the ANSI- standard and other > "standards" (by ISO, X/OPEN,...)? I don't know of any SQL standards from these organizations.
