I just noticed a mistake (mine) in the postscript file that I posted yesterday containing the corrections to the above mentioned book. The first line of the postscript file is "!%". This will create an error. To fix it, just replace it with "%!" and things should be fine. Sorry for the error. ==Tamer -- M.
