I'm trying to find out if it is possible to have a menu for an
entry field on a form in Paradox 3.5. Thanks.

If you are talking about a Paradox like Ring Menu of choices, the answer is
only if you program it with the PAL SHOWMENU command.  You can, however, 
setup a table lookup validity check that presents a pop-up table of possible
choices for a data entry field.  Refer to pp.. 155-160 of the User's Guide.
